How much does an appliance repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your appliance is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £16.00 per month. And if your engineer finds that your Candy appliance is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my Candy appliance?

We have a network of skilled engineers, approved by Candy, and available to look after your appliance repair. Your engineer will know your appliance and have access to the official Candy parts to get it fixed.

How do I book a repair?

You can book a repair online now. It only takes a few minutes. Just give us a few details, choose a time for your engineer to come out to you, and confirm your repair. We’ll tell you the exact cost for your repair before you book.
