How much does a repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your appliance is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £27.50 per month. And if your engineer finds that your Electrolux appliance is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my Electrolux appliance?

We have a network of skilled engineers, approved by Electrolux, and available to look after your appliance repair. Your engineer will know your appliance and have access to the official Electrolux parts to get it fixed.

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan where you get the initial repair plus a year of support to keep it running smoothly.

It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — so if the engineer can’t repair your Electrolux appliance this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t pay a thing.

Repair & Care plans start at £16 a month, including all parts, labour and callout charges — or you can book a one-off repair for £150.
