Which appliances and brands can I get protected?
We protect the things you rely on the most, including washing machines, dishwashers, boilers, fridge freezers, microwaves, ovens and many more. We also cover most major brands, from Bosch, Whirlpool and Neff to Baxi, Beko and Indesit.

How long will my protection last?
You’re in control. When you take out a policy for your appliance or a Maintenance & Support plan for your boiler, your protection will continue for as long as you want.
Whatever you choose to protect, your price will be fixed for 12 months. If you pay by Direct Debit it will automatically renew each year unless you tell us you don't want it to.
How can I pay for my protection?
You can pay in 12 monthly payments by Direct Debit, and be protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. This will ensure there’s no break in your protection. Your policy will automatically renew each year unless you tell us you don't want it to. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you before each renewal.

What if my appliance isn’t in good working order?
If your appliance isn’t in good working order you can’t take out a protection policy with us. Good news: we can still help. Our Repair & Care plan is designed just for this. Firstly, to repair your appliance, then to help you take care of it with ongoing support.
