Your plan starts as soon as your manufacturer's guarantee ends and will last for 12 months.
For boilers that are already out of guarantee, services begin 30 days after your application has been processed.

What type of boiler do you have?
Conventional boiler
A conventional system includes a boiler and extended controls, a feed and expansion cistern, and a hot water cylinder (usually in the airing cupboard). It’s often fed by a cold water storage tank in the loft.

Combination boiler
More commonly known as combi boilers, these are the most popular kind in the UK. They provide heat and hot water with no need for water tanks or cylinders. All major parts are in one unit and it heats water straight from the mains.
