How much does a repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your appliance is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £13.50 per month and include 12 months of unlimited support. And if your engineer finds that your appliance is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my appliance?

We have a network of expert engineers across Walsall who are approved and available to look after your appliance repair. Your engineer will know your appliance and have access to the official parts to get it fixed right.

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan where you get the initial repair plus a year of support to keep it running smoothly.

It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — so if the engineer can’t repair your appliance this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t pay a thing.

Repair & Care plans start at £16 a month, including all parts, labour and callout charges — or you can book a one-off repair for £150.
