How much does a repair cost?

If you need a repair, you have two options. You can choose a one-off repair or go with a Repair & Care plan. One-off repairs cost £150 and include a £75 callout charge which is payable even if your appliance can’t be fixed. Repair & Care plans start at £16.00 per month and include 12 months of maintenance and support whenever you need it. If the engineer can’t fix your appliance – we’ll cancel your plan and refund any payments made, so you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my appliance?

We have a network of approved, expert engineers across the Greater London area. The engineer assigned to your repair will know your appliance inside out, with access to all the right parts needed to fix it properly.

How do I book a repair?

You can book a repair online in a few minutes. Just give us a few details, choose a time for your engineer to come out to you, and confirm your repair. We’ll tell you the exact cost for your repair before you book.

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan where you get the initial repair plus a year of support to keep it running smoothly.

It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — so if the engineer can’t repair your appliance this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t pay a thing.

Repair & Care plans start at £16 a month, including all parts, labour and callout charges — or you can book a one-off repair for £150.
