How much does a repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your appliance is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £13.50 per month and include 12 months of unlimited support. And if your engineer finds that your appliance is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my appliance?

We have a network of expert engineers in and around Dudley who are approved and available to look after your appliance repair. Your engineer will know your appliance and have access to the official parts to get it fixed right.

How do I book a repair?
