How much does a freezer repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your freezer is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £16 per month and include 12 months of unlimited support. And if your engineer finds that your freezer is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my freezer?

We have a network of expert engineers who are approved and available to look after your freezer repair. We’ll find one near you, who knows your freezer, with access to all the official parts they need to get it fixed.
