How much does a boiler repair cost?

We have two options for repairs: a single repair or a Repair & Care plan. Single repairs are £150 and include a £75 callout charge that’s payable even if your boiler is beyond repair. Repair & Care plans start at £16 per month and include 12 months of unlimited support. And if your engineer finds that your boiler is beyond repair when they come out this time, we’ll immediately cancel your plan and refund any payments — you won’t pay a penny.

Who can repair my boiler?

We have a network of approved, expert engineers available to take care of your boiler repair. Your engineer will know your boiler and have access to all the official parts they need to get it fixed.

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan where you get the initial repair plus a year of support to keep it running smoothly.

It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — so if the engineer can’t repair your boiler this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t pay a thing.
