One of Brighton’s largest employers has launched a new career development programme, YOU, for its 900 employees.
The YOU framework has been put together by leading warranty providers Domestic & General and has been rolled out across all four of the business offices to help team members track their personal career development.

The YOU framework comprises three aspects of leadership – leading self, leading others and leading business – that surround the core values of Domestic & General. It provides a greater understanding of how each individual can develop skills essential to their current role and help them to develop a long-term career goal.
