Domestic & General has been selected by LG Electronics UK to provide a comprehensive portfolio of product registration and warranty services. Covering the brand's class leading home entertainment and home appliances ranges, the five year partnership will further strengthen LG's service and support operation and broaden the company's long term relationship with its customers.
As part of the agreement Domestic & General will deploy its market leading product registration and data collection initiatives, including in-box cards, on-product stickers, and innovative on-line registration channels. Already proven across many of the UK's leading home appliance brands, the data provides a comprehensive insight into customers and will underpin LG's CRM strategy into the future.
Alongside registration, Domestic & General will market and administer a complete LG-branded warranty offering. This includes additional one, two, three and four year plans from point of purchase, through to annual plans marketed at the expiration of LG's standard one and two year guarantees. Each plan is backed by Domestic & General's award winning UK contact centres, nationwide repair network and a market-leading post-repair customer satisfaction rating of over 94%.
