07 April - Domestic & General Agrees Italian Partnership with Indesit

Domestic & General, the leading provider of warranty services, is delighted to commence its Italian operations in partnership with iconic manufacturer Indesit.

Founded in Fabriano in 1975, Indesit is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of major domestic appliances, and is the undisputed leader in the Italian and British markets. This 5-year agreement will provide Domestic & General with the exclusive rights to provide warranty products for Indesit’s domestic appliances in Italy, sold under the Indesit, Hotpoint and Scholtès brands.

As part of the agreement Domestic & General will use its market leading product-registration and data collection initiatives, including in-box cards, on-product stickers, and innovative on-line registration channels. These marketing techniques will enable Indesit to develop a comprehensive and accurate customer database, and enhance their future CRM strategy. Alongside product registration, Domestic & General will provide a number of warranty products, including annual and extended cover, as well as its popular Repair and Protect emergency repair service.
