Domestic & General is delighted to have been honoured for the third successive year in the prestigious Australian Business Awards.

Now in their eighth year, the awards are Australia’s most pronounced and influential method-assessed business award program, and are widely acknowledged as one of the most respected accolades spanning across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors.

The award is testament to the emphasis that Domestic & General places on providing the highest levels of service to our 2.5m customers in Australia, as well as millions more across the world. As one of the leading specialist warranty providers in the country, our role is to help our customers in times of need, and to make the appliance repair process as easy and worry-free as possible.

To achieve this, Domestic & General offers a range of innovative warranty products, and works closely with our manufacturing and retail partners to provide outstanding customer service. This collaboration includes our industry renowned TEQ (Total Excellence & Quality) awards, which have played a significant role in driving forward service standards throughout the repair industry. Based on feedback from customers, this information looks at every aspect of the repair process, and is shared with our partners to give them an invaluable insight into every aspect of their customer service.
