20 July - Domestic & General and The Baxi Group Announce New Spanish Partnership

Domestic & General, Spain’s leading provider of warranty services, are delighted to have signed an  exclusive contract with Baxi Roca (Spain) to provide product protection for their heating appliances.

The Baxi Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of high quality, reliable, branded heating systems and services, owning some of the industry's most widely trusted names, including Baxi, Baxi Roca, Potterton, Valor, Broetje and Ideal Standard. Under the terms of the 5 year contract, Domestic & General will provide and administer the Baxi Group's warranty services. The marketing programme will include mailing, telemarketing, Repair +1 and offers through the Baxi Roca service network.

This new partnership reflects the growing enthusiasm in Spain for product protection, with almost 1.5 million customers now choosing to put their faith in Domestic and General to help them if their appliances should break down.
